New Shared Ownership Application Process

From Monday 20th March 2023, the way you apply for a Shared Ownership home has changed slightly.

Buyers no longer need to apply through a Help to Buy Agent, meaning if you want to apply for a Torus Homes property you can do so directly with us.

We now have a Shared Ownership application for anyone looking to buy a home on one of our developments.

The application can be completed via the Apply link on our website: www.torushomes.co.uk/shared-ownership-application/

The changes should make buying a Shared Ownership home simpler for customers and means you will deal directly with us from the start. Please allow 5 working days for your application to be processed.

Any applications completed with the Help to Buy Agent before 20th March will still be processed and sent to us by the Agent.

The criteria for buying a Shared Ownership home remains the same.
