Our buying options
Shared ownership allows you to purchase a ‘share’ of a new home, meaning you can own your home for a lower price, lower deposit, but benefit from the same home value. You will have to pay a reduced rent on the share you do not own and will enter a lease up to 990 years.
Rent to buy allows you to rent a home at a reduced rate (80% of market rent), allowing you to save whilst renting a brand new home! This will remain for the first five years of your tenancy, at which point you’ll be able to purchase your home if you wish.*
