Shared Ownership 2.0

Today marks the return of the National Housing Federation’s Shared Ownership campaign, following a hiatus instigated by the nationwide lockdown in response to COVID-19.

From March 2020, the housing market was paused and the buying and selling of properties restricted in a bid to contain and reduce the transmission of the virus, which resulted in the campaign pausing.

However, in line with a return to a ‘new normal’ following the easing of lockdown restrictions, the National Housing Federation have relaunched the campaign to continue increasing awareness of Shared Ownership amongst homebuyers across the country.

As a committed provider of affordable housing options in the North West, Torus is delighted to once again continue its support of this campaign.
