Your application will be subject to a financial assessment by our chosen Mortgage broker. Once we receive your application, we will be in touch with the details. You will then need to receive a stage 1 & stage 2 sign off from the broker in order to reserve a home.

About the development

Kingfisher Point is a brand-new development coming soon to St Helens!

The development forms the third phase of the regeneration of the Moss Nook area and will deliver 111 shared ownership homes and 24 homes for Rent to Buy.
